Because there are people who are always crying wolf, I am very cautious and reluctant to label a person or situation as racist.

Two days ago I had an encounter so blatantly racist that there was no doubt or ambiguity about what was taking place. I was so taken aback that I wasn’t even able to come up with an appropriate response to the bigot.

It sickens me just to write these few lines, so I won’t go into it now.
